This celebration will focus on the diversity of God’s people. We will affirm the sacred worth of persons, not determined by their sexual orientation or gender identity, but by their identity in Christ. The service will be marked with rainbows, as they represent the covenant of love God initiates with Noah after the flood.

And God said, “This is the sign of the covenant I am making between me and you and every living creature with you, a covenant for all generations to come: I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth. (Genesis 9: 12-13).
