St. Matthew’s Youth Group
Our desire is to help guide our youth to a deeper understanding of how God’s Word relates to their lives through prayer, worship, studying the Scripture, and by discussing topics that are relevant to them today! We do this in a relaxed, fun and engaging environment where our youth can build relationships and memories that will last a lifetime.
We believe as Christians, we are called to put our faith into action, so opportunities are made available for our youth to grow and develop in their own faith through service such as: Summer Camps, Volunteer in Mission Trips, Soup Kitchens, Gleaning, Vacation Bible School, and our Worship Arts Teams to mention just a few.
We are created for relationship, first with Christ, and then with one another, so we routinely offer activities and retreats designed for our youth to promote community within the body of Christ. All activities are designed so everyone is accepted and can enjoy spending time with others in a Christian environment.
Our greatest reward is when our youth choose to love, serve and share Christ with their lives.
